The most popular Polish dishes served in the Kryształowa Restaurant include sour rye soup with white sausage and egg, Russian dumplings, pork shank, pork tenderloin in sauce
chanterelle – cream, schnitzel fried in butter with fried potatoes on the bacon, a brioche pancake with beef stew – means dishes we are known for in Poland.
In turn, Czech cuisine is a real richness of flavors, especially for lovers of traditional dishes.
We serve, among others Czech fried cheese in batter with tatar sauce, Czech goulash soup with peppers, bramborak with bacon and mushrooms, dumplings with goulash.
